New bill targets teen sexting and syberbullying

From Facebook to text messages, America's youth are constantly connected. One State Senator says that this is why cyber-bullying and sexting are on the rise.

Senator Kemp Hannon adds that teenagers don't realize their actions can result in criminal records and sometimes requisition to register as a sex offender.

In response, Hannon sponsored the "Cyber-Crime Youth Rescue Act", which has just been sent to the Assembly. more...
